From kikuyu bashing to barclays bashing but why lie,Barclays deserves bashing.I worked in the sales centre Moi avenue for six months last year and Gosh! that is the worst experience of my life.Managers harass sales agents,giving unatainable targets,Then ladies often get favoured:Its the ladies who sell loans to the monied clients who approach the bank for credit to boost their commissions and these arrangements are made by senior managers who later get sexual favours from the ladies.Then its hard selling Barclays out there especially to the ordinary mwananchi.I agree with gashoroge,most people complain about delay in salary processing especially in upcountry branches.The problem with Barclays is that the pressure starts from london via S. africa and by the time it reaches to the haples worker or customer in Moi Avenue or JuJa it isDISASTROUS.My advice to kenyans is SHUN BARCLAYS.I learnt a lesson and many of its customers have also learnt that what APPEARS GOOD FROM FAR IS FAR FROM GOOD
